Petprintingco Brand Ambassador Agreement

1. Agreement

This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation of Petprintingco’s Brand Ambassador Program. In this agreement, the term "Brand Ambassador" refers to you (the applicant). In this agreement, “Petprintingco” refers to the product owner, Petprintingco.

2. Modification

We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include but are not limited to changes in the scope of available referral fees, fee schedules, payment procedures and Brand Ambassador Program rules. If any of the modifications are UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, your only recourse is to terminate this Agreement. If you CONTINUE PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM, it will be considered as your acceptance of the change.

3. Enrollment

Availability is limited. To enroll in the Brand Ambassador Program, you must submit a Brand Ambassador Program Application and be approved. Applications are processed within 7 days and applicants will be notified of their acceptance status as soon as possible after their information is reviewed. Enrollment is currently only available for U.S. residents only.

4. Affiliate Code

You will be issued a unique affiliate Code once you become an approved member of Petprintingco’s Brand Ambassador Program which will allow you to be paid for Brand Ambassador referrals.

5. Commissions

Brand Ambassadors will earn commission based on the subtotal minus discount(s) and shipping fees from orders placed with your unique Promo Code. For a sale to generate a commission to a Brand Ambassador, the user must use the unique Promo Code provided to you and remit full payment for the product ordered. Word-of-mouth referrals will not result in a Brand Ambassador’s commission being generated.

  • Brand Ambassador codes will generate a 15% discount at checkout when used. This code applies sitewide.

  • Brand Ambassador codes are not stackable and cannot be combined with any other offers or promos.

  • Brand Ambassadors will be able to earn a total 10% commission.

  • Brand Ambassadors may elect to allocate a portion of their 10% commission towards a charity of their choosing if agreed upon between Petprintingco and the Brand Ambassador. Petprintingco will settle the agreed-upon allocation towards the Brand Ambassador’s charity on the same day commissions are disbursed to Brand Ambassadors)

  • Brand Ambassadors may change their allocation at any given time, provided approval from Petprintingco.

Example 1: An order has been placed for $100.00 including tax, shipping fees, and discounts. To calculate your commission, tax, shipping fees, and discounts are subtracted to get $80. 10% is then multiplied by $80 to get $8, your total commission.

Example 2: At the end of the month your code has been used 10 times, generating $1,000 in sales. Less any taxes, shipping fees, and discounts, your total sales to be calculated for commission is $880. A 10% commission of $880 is $88 and will be paid out to you the following month.

6. Payment

Petprintingco pays Brand Ambassadors via Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal, provided to us when a member joins. If your username, email or account changes, it is the responsibility of the Brand Ambassador to notify a Brand Management Representative (Petprintingco) to ensure proper commission payments. We will not resend payments returned due to incorrect payments. Commissions will only be paid after the 30-day return policy has ended. If an item is returned during the 30-day return window your commission will be retracted. This is to protect Petprintingco from fraudulent activity and purchases. Payment to the Brand Ambassador will be calculated on the 10th of every month. If the 10th falls on a weekend, calculations will fall on the next business day. Payments are also processed on the same day. A monthly Earnings Report will be emailed to the email you have provided us. If there is no activity during the month, a report will not be generated and distributed. 

7. Order Fulfillment

Petprintingco will be responsible for processing every order that uses your unique Promo Code placed by a customer. Brand Ambassadors are not authorized to collect payments or sell any Petprintingco products from other websites as a "reseller" and no "resale" rights are granted in ANY way. Brand Ambassadors are not authorized to sell any of these products on eBay or other auction sites. Petprintingco will also be solely responsible for all customer service inquiries. Customers who purchase products and services through Petprintingco’s Brand Ambassador Program will be deemed to be customers of Petprintingco. Accordingly, all rules, policies, and operating procedures concerning customer orders and services will apply to those customers. We may change our policies and operating procedures at any time. Prices and availability of our products and services may vary from time to time. Petprintingco policies will always determine the price paid by the customer.

8. Qualifying Sites

Petprintingco reserves the right to refuse any site entry into Petprintingco’s Brand Ambassador Program based on its site content. Sites that do not qualify for the Brand Ambassador Program include sites that:

  • Promote sexually explicit materials.

  • Promotes violence and animal abuse.

  • Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.

  • Promote illegal activities. Infringe or otherwise violate any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of Petprintingco or any other site.

9. Permitted Usage

The following are permitted uses of the Petprintingco brand and marketing resources.

  • Brand Ambassadors are permitted to share and redistribute posts and designs from Petprintingco.

10. Prohibited Usage

The following cases are prohibited and are grounds for immediate termination of the Brand Ambassador account.

  • Brand Ambassadors MAY NOT use the Petprintingco logo, logo marks or other Petprintingco website/branding imagery in a header graphic or in any way to indicate they are officially affiliated or partnered with Petprintingco.

  • Brand Ambassadors MAY NOT use the term "Petprintingco" in ANY variation in their site URL.

  • Brand Ambassadors MAY NOT post any negative connotations towards Petprintingco.

11. Anti-Spam Policy

Petprintingco strictly prohibits Brand Ambassadors from using spam e-mail and other forms of Internet abuse (including spamming forums, blogs, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, Threads, and other social media outlets) to seek sales. Spam is defined as including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Electronic mail messages addressed to a recipient with whom the sender does not have an existing business or personal relationship or are not sent at the request of, or with the express consent of, the recipient through an opt-in subscription;

  • Messages posted to Usenet, forums, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Threads, and message boards that are off-topic (unrelated to the topic of discussion), cross-posted to unrelated newsgroups, posted in excessive volume, or posted against forum/message board rules. Be conscious of forum rules if a forum owner or moderator complains that a Brand Ambassador has spammed, the Brand Ambassador's account may be permanently terminated after investigation.

  • Content posted on free blog websites for the sole purpose of keyword spamming, or comments posted to legitimate blogs that violate the comment policy of the blog owner.

  • Solicitations posted to chat rooms, or to groups or individuals via Internet Relay Chat or "Instant Messaging" system;

  • Certain off-line activities that, while not considered Spam, are similar in nature, including distributing flyers or leaflets on private property or where prohibited by applicable rules, regulations, or laws.

Petprintingco, may undertake, at its sole discretion and with or without prior notice, the following enforcement actions:

  • Account Termination: Upon the receipt of a credible complaint, the Petprintingco Brand Ambassador Program manager may investigate the complaint, and if necessary, will then terminate the Brand Ambassador account of the individual implicated in the abuse. Termination results in the immediate closure of the member and Brand Ambassador account, the loss of all referrals, and the forfeiture of any unpaid money on the account. At Petprintingco's discretion, termination may not only result in being banned from the Brand Ambassador program but also being banned from ANY other internal Brand Ambassador programs.

If you wish to report a violation of our Anti-Spam Policy, please forward all relevant evidence to a brand management representative.

12. Relationship of Parties

Brand Ambassadors are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties. Brand Ambassadors have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf. Brand Ambassadors will not make any statement, whether on their sites or otherwise, that reasonably would contradict this statement.

13. Terms and Termination

The term of this Agreement will begin when you accept and will end when terminated by either party. Either Petprintingco or the Brand Ambassador may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause. Upon the termination of this Agreement for any reason, all licenses granted hereunder shall immediately terminate and you will immediately cease use of, and remove from Brand Ambassador's website, all links to Petprintingco’s websites, and all Petprintingco trademarks and logos, other Petprintingco marks and all other materials provided in connection with this program.

14. Limitation of Liability

Petprintingco will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, expenditures or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the Program will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to the Brand Ambassador under this Agreement.

15. Disclaimers

We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Brand Ambassadors Program or a Brand Ambassador's potential to earn income from the Brand Ambassador Program. In addition, we make no representation that the operation of the websites or your Promo Code will be uninterrupted or error-free, and Petprintingco will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.

16. Miscellaneous

Our failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement.

If any of the provisions of this Agreement are determined by a court to be unenforceable, they shall be severed from this Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By signing up with Petprintingco's Brand Ambassadors Program, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. You have independently evaluated this program and are not relying on any representation, guarantee, or statement other than as set forth in this agreement.
