At Petprintingco, we want you to love your custom pet portrait. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied of your purchase and need to return an item, we’re here to help.

U.S. Returns & Refunds Policy

Standard Return Policy

Should you decide to return your Petprintingco product, here are a few things you’ll need to know:

You have 30 days from the date you receive your product to initiate a return.
Any items damaged due to reasons not covered under our warranty cannot be accepted back for a refund. Associated shipping fees are not refundable.
If items/accessories are missing, a 25% restocking fee will incur. It will be deducted from your refund.
Gift Cards and Digital Products are not refundable and are final sale.

How to Return an Item

To return an item to Petprintingco, please Contact Us and we can help you obtain an RMA.

You must obtain an RMA before sending your order back to Petprintingco. Packages without an RMA will be refused and sent back.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Only items that have been purchased directly from Petprintingco.com can be returned to us. Petprintingco products purchased through other sites must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
Any items damaged due to reasons not covered under warranty cannot be accepted back for refund. Associated shipping fees are not refundable.
All return shipping is paid for by you.
All returns must be received within 14 calendar days after the 30 day return window.

Refunds

To qualify for a refund, you must obtain an RMA before sending your order back to Petprintingco. Packages without an RMA will be refused and sent back.
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on most products. To qualify for a refund, you will need to obtain an RMA within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Any items damaged due to reasons not covered under warranty cannot be accepted back for a refund. Associated shipping fees are not refundable.
We do not cover any shipping back to us.
A refund will be processed once your package is received. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund. A refund confirmation will be emailed to you.

Duties and Taxes

Purchases made and shipped outside of the U.S. may be subject to additional taxes, duties and fees based on your shipping destination.

International purchases may be subject to duties and taxes based on final destination. Duties and taxes are the responsibilities of the recipient. These fees will be due at the time of delivery. Petprintingco is not responsible for customs and duties. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country.
