Pet Portrait Limitations
Pet Portrait limitations are set to help expedite your order and help our artists work more efficiently. These limitations serve as guidelines for our artists to follow and are subject to case-by-case review. By adhering to these guidelines, we are able to deliver your order with greater accuracy while maintaining the high standards we expect from our artists.
Revisions & Previews
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your custom pet portrait. You may ask for a preview and any revisions you would like to see before we send your petβs portrait out to print.
Accessories & Objects
Accessories such as costumes, hats, masks, etc will not be drawn. Collars and tags are subject to review on a case-by-case basis. Our artists will work with you to note specific details about your pet and how you want your portrait drawn.
Color
We are not able to customize any colors of your pet. We recommend taking photos under indirect natural lighting with little to no shadows to accurately capture the true colors of your pet.
Facial Expressions
At this time, we are not able to customize your petβs facial expressions if it is not present in the photos you provide. For instance, if a customer requests their dogβs tongue out without proper photo references, we cannot fulfill that request.
